Ryan: I was honored to be selected as a finalist for both “Marketer of The Year” and “Residential Sales Team of The Year” for the REIWA Awards of Excellence 2020.
We were then lucky enough to be awarded the “Residential Sales Team of The Year”.
So, what does this award mean to your clients?
Catrina: I think it shows that they can trust us. We follow every process and do all we can to help people onto their next chapter. Working as a team means that there is always someone available and we know that communication is key to ensuring we’re providing a good service to our clients.
Being active members of the local community and supporting local businesses makes us genuine and likeable unlike a lot of other agents, we care. We’re always up for a chat and really love where we work. This makes it much easier for buyers and sellers to be completely honest and open with us which allows us to overcome obstacles and help wherever we can to ensure a smooth sales process.
Ryan is WA’s most 5 Star reviewed agent on realestate.com.au. 35 of his 40 sales last year came through referral or repeat business which is a testament to Ryan’s reputation and his ability to achieve an exceptional sales result for his clients.

What did it take to win this award?
Ryan: Being relatively new to the game, it does make it difficult to get a foot in the door when you’re going up against established agents. I think this really just made us more hungry and more enthusiastic and that’s what’s set us apart. As a team we’re very positive, we’re all about helping others and being passionate about what we do.
