It’s no wonder we had such keen interest in this immaculately presented 1950’s home. Walk down the red bricked entrance past private manicured gardens and fragrant lemon tree to the front porch. The stained-glass doors set the scene as you are welcomed through to the hallway. The first thing you’ll notice is the gorgeous dark wooden flooring, complimenting every room.

The sellers of this property had initially come through a home open of ours in North Perth. They said they were immediately impressed by our market knowledge and property presentation and therefore decided to entrust us to sell their own home.

The marketing campaign was tailored to this particular property and the sellers wishes. We chose to run with a 21 day Set Date Sale campaign with no price and market the property everywhere. The idea was to reach every possible audience, attract them to the open, create competition, generate offers and achieve the highest price the market was willing to pay.

We were all over the usual property platforms: Domain, Realestate.com, Reiwa etc but also using our expertise across social media to ensure the property was always visible to those who were searching for property, were in the area and within a particular demographic. Throughout this campaign we reached approximately 35,000 potential buyers on social media, receiving 68 direct enquiries from an array of portals. We opened the home 3 times and had 47 groups through the property.

By creating such heightened competition and communicating with each buyer throughout, we were able to generate 12 written offers, with additional verbal offers. As not to loose this momentum and the keen interest, we decided to pull the plug early running a 10-day campaign. Allowing all previous and new buyers time to see the property, ask questions and make an offer if they chose to. All offers were presented to the sellers on the Wednesday, we negotiated and had the property under offer on Friday.

As first home buyers, the couple that secured the property were absolutely thrilled and cannot wait to move in. Our sellers are happy with the price we achieved and are looking forward to moving on to their next chapter.
